UtilAxis (utilaxis.com) is a free collection of calculators and utilities. For any privacy question or request, write to hello@utilaxis.com or use our contact page.
Your calculator and tool inputs
Every calculation, conversion, file compression and text transformation runs inside your browser. The salary, loan, tax, health or other values you enter, and any files or text you paste, are not sent to our servers, and we never receive, store or sell them. We never pass calculator values to advertising or analytics services.
If you use “Copy share link”, the values shown in that link are placed in the URL so the recipient sees the same scenario. Only share links you are comfortable sharing.
Information stored on your device
We use your browser’s local storage, not cookies, to remember your theme preference, recently used tools, bookmarked tools and your cookie choice. Apart from your cookie choice, which is shared with Google as a consent signal, this information never leaves your device, and you can clear it at any time from the Workspace page or your browser settings.
Advertising and cookies
We use Google AdSense to show advertisements, which keeps the site free. Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and similar identifiers to serve and measure ads:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info.

Wherever you visit from, advertising and analytics cookies are only used after you choose “Accept Analytics & Cookies” in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie & Analytics Settings” link at the bottom of every page. If you choose “Essential Only”, you may still see non-personalised or limited ads.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which tools are used and how visitors find the site. If you accept cookies in our banner, it uses cookies to collect information such as the pages you visit, your approximate location, device and browser type, and the site or campaign that referred you. Until you accept, or if you choose “Essential Only”, it sets no cookies and receives only basic cookieless signals, such as the page viewed, your browser type and your consent choice, which Google uses to estimate overall traffic. Calculator values in share links are removed from the page addresses we report to Google Analytics. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Server and hosting logs
Our hosting and content-delivery providers automatically process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, referring page and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. These logs do not contain your calculator inputs.
Children
The site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights
Because we don’t collect your calculator inputs or create accounts, we generally hold no personal data about you beyond routine server logs. Depending on where you live, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the EU/UK GDPR, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal data and to withdraw consent. For data processed by Google for advertising and analytics, use the controls linked above. For anything else, email hello@utilaxis.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our practices change, and revise the effective date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
